Welcome to PaidMania.com! These are the terms,
disclaimers, conditions, and notices ("terms") under which
PaidMania.com ("this site") provides you access. By using this site,
you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by these
Terms. PaidMania.com reserves the right to change or modify any of
these Terms at any time during the life of the program. Changes are
effective immediately upon being publicly posted on this site. By
continuing to use this site after any such changes or modifications
have been posted, you accept the changes or modifications and agree to
abide by them. If you object at any time to any of these Terms, you
should immediately cease use of this site.
PaidMania.com can change, suspend, or close this site or a portion
thereof for any reason without prior notice to members. We are not
responsible for server outages or any other technical difficulty that
this site may have.
PRIVACY
PaidMania.com does not sell, rent, give away, or loan any applicant's
name, street address, or email address collected in the member
application. This information is collected solely for contact
purposes by PaidMania.com. We use non-identifying and aggregate
information to better design our website and to share it with
advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X percentage
of our members are women or Y number of individuals are students. More
information on the use of personal information can be found in
PaidMania.com's Privacy Statement.
PaidMania.com may periodically monitor individual account usage in
order to prevent fraud or fraudulent activities. If any member is
found to engage in fraudulent activities against this site, we will
terminate that member's membership and all earnings shall be
forfeited. We may also take legal action to recover additional
resulting damages.
MEMBERSHIP RULES
- Membership is open to residents of all countries with which
US-based businesses are permitted to transact business. Payments will
be distributed by check in U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank, or
through electronic means such as PayPal or bank wire. The actual cost
of distributing payment (varies depending on payment method) will be
deducted from the payout amount. In addition, there is a $1 USD
handling surcharge applied to each payment request.
- You may only sign up once and maintain one account. Only one
account per e-mail address. Only one account per individual. Any
duplicate accounts are subject to cancellation with forfeiture of all
earnings and referrals held in all accounts involved. No transfer of
any earnings or referrals between accounts or to any third party is
permitted. Earnings and referrals cannot be transferred to any other
party upon death, as part of a domestic relations matter, or otherwise
by operation of law.
- Your user ID, password, and account are personal to you and are
not transferable. You may not allow anyone else to use your password or
account. You may not use anyone else's password or account or act to
accrue earnings for anyone else's account. You are responsible for
keeping your password secret. PaidMania.com is not liable for any
loss or damages caused by any disclosure of your password or account.
- You must provide PaidMania.com with valid contact and residence
information. You may not impersonate or misrepresent your
identity. PaidMania.com reserves the right to terminate your account
and all earnings shall be forfeited if it is determined that your
account contains untruthful information.
- You may cancel your account by using the "Cancel Account" feature
in the members services section. If you decide to cancel your
PaidMania.com membership and later wish to re-enroll, you will be
assigned a new account. You will not receive credit for your previous
account's referrals or earnings.
- To the full extent allowed by applicable law, PaidMania.com
at its sole discretion and for any or no reason may refuse to accept
applications for membership and may terminate any member without
prior notice for good cause, particularly including, but not limited
to:
(a) any violation of any provision of this Membership Agreement;
(b) aiding in or promoting circumvention of the Service;
(c) acting against the business interests or reputation of PaidMania.com;
(d) otherwise acting in a severely or substantially unlawful manner in relationship to PaidMania.com;
(e) material breach of our Anti-Spam Policy; or
(f) any other reason at the discretion of PaidMania.com.
- Spamming in any form is not permitted and any member found to
violate this rule will immediately be terminated from this site and
accompanying programs. All earnings shall be forfeited. Members agree to
abide by the Anti-Spam
Policy at all times.
- If your account is terminated by PaidMania.com in response to a
violation of any portion of these Terms, you may not re-enroll or join
under a new account unless formally invited to do so by
PaidMania.com.
- When clicking through to a sponsor's web page posted on
PaidMania.com's site, members agree to fully load the page and stay
on the site for at least 20 seconds.
- Companies may join if their primary intent is to participate in
the domain name and webhosting affiliate programs.
- You hereby represent to PaidMania.com that you are complying
with all of your local, state, province, country or regional legal
restrictions that may be applicable to your membership on
PaidMania.com.
- You must accumulate at least $25 USD before you can request
payment. If you reside in the United States and your earnings exceed
$500 USD, you will be required to provide a valid social security
number for tax purposes before additional earnings will be
distributed.
- Points earned for a given month are converted to cash
approximately 60 days after the end of the month. For example, points
earned in January are converted to cash in April. Points earned
in June are converted to cash in September.
- You must visit at least 30 payable links each month to earn
100% of your paid to click referral income. If you click on less than
30 ads, your income from such referral activity is scaled
proportionally. For example, if you visit 15 links in a particular
month, you would only receive 50% of what you could have earned from
paid to click referral activity for that month.
REFERRAL LEVELS
You will receive credit for SIX (6) levels of referrals.

Rates paid for your activity and the activities of your referrals may
change either up or down without prior notice. The current earning
rates can be found on the How It Works page.
PaidMania.com reserves the right to increase or decrease the number
of referral levels without prior notice.
YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH PAIDMANIA.COM
Your relationship
to PaidMania.com is one of an independent contractor and/or
customer. No employee-employer relationship is created by your use of
this site. You do not have any obligation to refer new members to the
PaidMania.com. PaidMania.com has no obligation to offer servce or
other promotions to you
CHILDREN's GUIDELINES
All members over 13 years of age are permitted to participate in
PaidMania.com's programs. However, if you are under 18 years of age,
we must receive an authorization letter from a parent or guardian
before you will receive payment of any kind. If you are 13 years of
age or younger, you may not participate in any of PaidMania.com's
services. Please make sure that both the member's and parent's names,
as well as the PaidMania.com user ID and email address, are included
in the authorization letter, that the letter is signed by a parent,
and that the letter includes a phone number which we can use to
contact the parent and confirm that you have their permission to use
our service. Authorization letters should be mailed to the address
below.
USE OF SITE AND SITE INFORMATION
This site or any portion thereof may not be reproduced,
duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any
commercial purpose other then that which is expressly permitted by
PaidMania.com.
This site may include views and opinions of many individuals and
organizations. PaidMania.com does not endorse the views or opinions of any
third party, nor does it advocate the sale of any goods or services.
COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS
The content of this site, including but not limited to, all
information, text, graphics, logos, images, and the design of this site
are property of PaidMania.com and/or any third party partners and are
protected by the United States Copyright Law, Trademark Law, and any
applicable international treaties and conventions governing
intellectual property law.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THIS SITE IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN
RISK. PAIDMANIA.COM PROVIDES THIS SITE AS IS. PAIDMANIA.COM MAKES NO
REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO
THE OPERATION OF THE SITE OR ITS CONTENTS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT

SITE AND ACCOMPANYING PROGRAMS, PAIDMANIA.COM'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED
TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW. IN NO EVENT SHALL
PAIDMANIA.COM'S LIABILITY OR THE LIABILITY OF THIRD PARTIES WHO
CONTRIBUTE TO THE PAIDMANIA.COM PROGRAM AND SITE EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF
DIRECT DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY OR PERSON
PAIDMANIA.COM CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY PAYMENTS DUE TO ANY
MEMBER FOR ANY REASON. ALL POINTS ACCRUED BY MEMBERS ARE FOR TRACKING
PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT REPRESENT AN ACTUAL DOLLAR AMOUNT. PAYMENTS
ARE MADE ONLY TO THOSE MEMBERS WHO QUALIFY AND HAVE FOLLOWED THE RULES
IMPOSED BY PAIDMANIA.COM.
FORCE MAJEURE
PaidMania.com will not be in default or
otherwise liable for any delay or failure in its performance under
this Agreement where such delay or failure arises by reason of an Act
of God, or any government or governmental body, acts of war, the
elements, strikes or labor disputes, power or system failures, failure
of the Internet, computer hacking, or other causes beyond the control
of PaidMania.com
GOVERNING LAW
These disclaimers, terms, and conditions will be governed by and
construed in accordance with the law of the state of Michigan, USA.
